Client 'A' Request
This is the first and foremost step of Supply chain process. Let's say Client 'A' (Situated in Europe) wants to purchase from Client 'B' (Situated in USA). We ensure effective communication from both the sides about what client's actual requirements and how we can help them effectively.
Brainstorming
After finding out that client's request is authentic and feasible for us as well, we then discuss client's request with our highly skilled team about how to give our best service to them, What / How / When they want, all queries discussed.
Prototyping
It is an experimental process where our design teams implement ideas into real forms from paper to digital / 3D modal or calculations of quantity of raw materials needed etc.
Executing Our Plan
After successful completion of our prototyping plan, we move towards the actual execution plan, i.e., we effectively communicate with client 'B' about our requirements of design tools / raw materials required to manufacture components for delivering it to client 'A'.
The Actual Process
This is the key component in whole supply chain management cycle. With our highly skilled manpower, we manufacture components as per design/raw materials given by client 'A'. Some components need high precision. Thus, we make sure its quality and precision is maintained.
Testing Phase
No one is perfect. Sometimes we all make mistakes, that's why we just don't deliver products directly after manufacturing. Instead, with our highly advanced testing lab, we test all the products thoroughly and make sure this final products will go through all the necessary testing phases before delivery phase.
Delivery to Client 'B'
In this step, we deliver the product to Client 'B'. It is the second most important phase after manufacturing phase. Once in a while, the delivery of a product is more complex than manufacturing the actual product. It is because many factors are affecting it like: weather, location etc. But, we love challenges, we assured out clients the safe and timely delivery of the products. One of the major advantage of using our service is the URGENT DELIVERY. Yes, you read it right, without compromising its quality, we also deliver products on urgent basis, because we know that your time matters.
